Refund policy

Exchanges:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at mail@rizzkart.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • All exchanged products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been used or damaged.
  • Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once. Please ensure that you select the correct size during the exchange process.
  • Once your exchange is confirmed, our delivery rep will schedule a pickup within 48 hours. As these charges are two-way, we kindly request our customers to pay a one-way charge of ₹99. Alternatively, you can choose to self-ship the products back to us, and we will not charge the pickup fee.
  • Please ensure that the exchanged item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Upon receiving the exchanged item, we will deliver the new product within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the desired size or product will be in stock. 
For customers residing in unserviceable pincodes:
  • If your pincode is unserviceable for our pick-up service, you are required to self-ship the product back to us.
  • After your refund request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and address for the self-shipment.
  • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Once we receive the returned item, we will credit the refund amount to the original payment method within 10 business days

Cancellation and Refund:

  • We regret to inform you that refund is not possible against any orders. Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.
  • We encourage you to carefully review your order before making the purchase.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at mail@rizzkart.com within 60 minutes of placing the order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any orders with a custom design are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged, since those were specially created for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or items bought using a discount coupon.

Sizes XXL and larger are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. These sizes are meticulously crafted upon order placement to ensure a perfect fit!

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer can return the product within 5 days of delivery.
